Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club in Miami Beach is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the guest services team, ensuring prompt responses to guest needs and maintaining exceptional service standards across front desk operations.

You will train new hires, manage budgets, oversee HR functions, and empower staff to deliver memorable experiences. Strong English, cash handling and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• College level reasoning, math, and language skills.
• Two years prior departmental management experience in front office or related disciplines.
• Time management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently.
• Ability to manage according to employment and Innkeeper laws of the jurisdiction.
• Prior cash handling experience necessary.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Computer experience required.
• No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Office staff and ensure training for new hires.
• Empower staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet budgeted profit/margin for the department.
• Prepare annual departmental budget reflecting hotel operations plan.
• Manage human resources functions including recruiting, selection, orientation, training, coaching, performance reviews, recognition programs, and maintaining a skilled workforce.
