Job summary

Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club in Miami Beach is seeking a friendly Server to deliver memorable dining experiences. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year of serving experience, excellent English communication, and the ability to stand for long periods. Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are required.

Qualifications

• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Six months to one year serving experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Guide guests through the menu, providing recommendations and answering any questions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to enhance their dining experience.
• Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional service delivery.
