Responsibilities

• Oversee guest registration, bell, concierge, telephone, and night audit teams to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Develop staff through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure security procedures for monies and guest safety.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints.
• Support manager on duty shifts and other duties as assigned.
