Davidson Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club in Miami Beach is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the front desk team, ensure exceptional guest service, and drive departmental performance. You will oversee staffing, training, budgeting, and compliance with hospitality standards within a luxury resort setting.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, English fluency, cash handling, and effective communication with guests and staff. A proactive HR approach and budget management are key components.

Qualifications

• Two years prior departmental management experience in front office or related disciplines.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Time management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Computer experience required.
• College level reasoning, math, and language skills.
• No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Front Office staff are trained to meet standards of each component.
• Empower staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Prepare annual departmental budget reflecting hotel operations plan.
• Manage human resources functions including recruiting, selection, orientation, training, coaching, performance reviews, recognition programs, and maintaining a skilled workforce.
