Job summary

Svih Management seeks a Front Desk Agent for a hybrid hotel and restaurant role in West Hollywood. You will greet VIP guests, manage reservations, and coordinate with hotel systems to ensure a world-class guest experience from arrival to departure.

You will be responsible for maintaining logs, upholding club rules, and delivering proactive guest service. The role requires excellent English, discretion, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls with professional verbiage.
• Take reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Operate Jonas and Jonas Activity Management systems.
• Maintain logs and work orders in Alice Hotel Systems.
• Seat guests promptly by memorizing service areas.
• Ensure club rules are followed by members and guests.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs to maintain satisfaction.
• Report guest complaints or requests to management.
• Keep work area organized and clean.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures in line with CDC guidelines.
