San Vicente Bungalows in Santa Monica is seeking a Front Desk Host to deliver world-class service from guest arrival to departure. This hybrid role blends hotel and restaurant duties with a focus on cultivating relationships with VIP members and guests.

Responsibilities include reservations, prompt guest service, and coordinating with hotel systems while maintaining confidentiality and a polished professional image at all times.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Answers phone calls and emails with confidence and professional verbiage.
• Takes restaurant reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Works quickly with management systems for hotel/restaurant.
• Puts work orders, service requests and maintains logs in systems.
• Memorizes service areas to seat guests efficiently and promptly.
• Ensures club rules are understood and followed by members and guests.
• Acknowledges and responds to guests’ needs to maintain positive relations.
• Informs manager of guest complaints, requests or problems.
• Maintains an organized and clean work area.
• Follows safety and sanitation procedures.
