Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm, welcoming check-in experience.
• Efficiently check in guests by verifying reservation details, processing payments, and assigning rooms.
• Handle guest check-outs, ensuring charges are correctly posted and guests depart satisfied.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and assist with requests, resolving issues as needed.
• Communicate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales to ensure seamless operations.
