Responsibilities

• Answers phone calls with confidence and professional verbiage.
• Takes restaurant reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Works with Jonas and Jonas Activity Management systems.
• Puts work orders, service requests and maintains logs in Alice Hotel Systems.
• Memorizes five outdoor service areas to seat guests promptly.
• Ensures club rules are understood and followed by all members and guests.
• Acknowledges and anticipates guest needs and responds promptly.
• Informs manager of guest complaints, requests or problems.
• Maintains an organized and clean work area.
• Follows safety and sanitation procedures per COVID-19 and CDC guidelines.
