Job summary

Sea Island Company is seeking a VIP Services Specialist to act as a liaison with resort VIP guests, reporting to the VIP Services Manager. You will personally handle VIP stays, coordinating room types, amenities, and itineraries with multiple departments.

This role requires strong writing, verbal communication, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining discretion. The position emphasizes creativity, organization, and the ability to manage time-sensitive activities and confidential

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in hospitality, preferably in a Guest Services area.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Opera, Resort Suite and ResDiary a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison to VIP guests and executive office VIPs.
• Assist in development of VIP Services program.
• Generate and service VIP reservations, coordinating stay details with departments.
• Greet VIP guests at arrival and departure and meet specific VIP guests as instructed.
• Research arrivals to recognize VIPs and coordinate with departments.
• Produce accurate guest itineraries and distribute to relevant departments.
• Develop reporting for UniFocus scores for leadership review.
