Job summary

Homes of Distinction Concierge at South Seas Resort, a Pyramid Global Hospitality property on Captiva Island, coordinates personalized guest experiences and resort services from pre-arrival to post-departure. You will orchestrate transportation, activities, dining, and celebrations while maintaining discretion and the highest standards of service.

The role requires at least 2 years in luxury hospitality or concierge services, strong communication, and the ability to work across multiple

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum 2 years in luxury hospitality, concierge, or guest services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Pre-arrival guest coordination and preferences management.
• Welcome guests, provide resort orientation, and address needs during stay.
• Arrange cabanas, water sports, dining, activities and special requests.
• Design customized itineraries and coordinate VIP experiences.
• Document interactions and support cross‑department collaboration.
• Promote resort experiences and drive ancillary revenue.
