Responsibilities

• Assign rooms with attention to VIPs, groups, and special requests.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering and Front Desk to ensure rooms are ready, blocked, or released.
• Serve as primary contact for group planners from planning through arrival.
• Stay involved through planning, site visits, preconference meetings and arrival turnover.
• Respond to guest requests and follow through to ensure satisfactory outcomes and compliance.
• Promote knowledge of Sea Island services to guests and colleagues and resolve concerns.
