Job summary

Tb-Isle-Resort-Lp seeks a VIP Coordinator to provide courteous, expeditious service to hotel VIP guests, acting as the guest personal contact before arrival, throughout guest stay and post departure. The coordinator works with many departments throughout the hotel to ensure requests are met in a timely manner.

He/she will promote a luxury environment and develop ideas to enhance VIP guests’ experience. Coordinate with Front Office for arrival, departure and special needs of VIP and Elite guests;

Qualifications

• Luxury hotel experience 1–2 years or equivalent.
• Outstanding guest services and professional presentation.
• Sophisticated communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate arrival, departure and special needs of VIPs with Front Office.
• Build rapport with VIPs and Bonvoy Elite members; escort to rooms.
• Maintain VIP database and plan amenities; coordinate future visits.
• Escort guests and perform welfare checks; ensure confidentiality and security.
