Gr8ttek is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist in Bellingham, WA. The role focuses on end-user computing support, repairs, and desk-side assistance in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include 3+ years of troubleshooting experience across PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets and printers, with ITIL knowledge. A+ certification is desirable. This is a long-term potential CTH opportunity with compensation around $20.00 per hour (W2).

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in basic to moderately complex troubleshooting in end-user environments (PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets, printers).
• ITIL methodologies understanding.
• A+ certification is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to client-identified VIPs.
• Respond to change management requests including installing new PC equipment and end-user deskside support.
• Perform IMAC (Install/Move/Add/Change) activities.
• Perform all assigned desk-side support activities.
• Demonstrate outstanding technical and professional services skills at all times.
• Meet established customer service satisfaction levels and other metrics.
• Proactively communicate status, arrival times, and repair estimates to end-users and service desk.
• Follow all documented service operations policies and procedures.
