Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of troubleshooting and repair experience on end-user devices (PCs, laptops, tablets, printers).
• Understanding of ITIL methodologies.
• OEM certifications directed by management; A+ certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to client-identified VIPs.
• Respond to change management requests including installing new PC equipment and deskside support.
• Perform IMAC (Install/Move/Add/Change) activities.
• Conduct desk-side support activities and maintain professional services standards.
• Meet customer service metrics and communicate repair statuses clearly.
