The Ned’s Club Washington, DC is seeking a Club Receptionist to lead daily arrivals and departures with a warm Ned’s welcome, ensuring seamless check-ins and polished departures for members and guests.

You will collaborate with Membership, Security, and F&B teams to personalize service, handle VIP arrivals, and maintain Lost & Found, while upholding Ned’s standards across the reception area.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day arrival and departure experiences with a warm welcome and a seamless check-in.
• Resolve concerns with grace and deliver memorable hospitality experiences.
• Collaborate with Membership, Security, and F&B teams to ensure personalized journeys.
• Communicate VIP arrivals and pertinent member information to relevant teams.
• Build rapport by learning preferences and personalizing experiences over time.
• Enforce club policies with discretion and professionalism.
• Assist coat check and secure storage for belongings.
• Answer incoming calls with helpful information and timeliness.
• Respond to member queries via case log with accuracy.
• Support additional duties as assigned by Club Reception Manager or Head of Membership.
