Job summary

The Ned and Ned’s Club Washington DC is seeking a Restaurant Server to welcome members, tailor service, and deliver exceptional dining experiences across three floors of a neoclassical building. You'll use menu knowledge to answer questions, make recommendations, and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment while collaborating with the membership relations team.

Shifts vary from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 1:00 AM; benefits include gratuity, medical/dental/vision, meals, learning

Qualifications

• Guest-facing hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and service orientation.
• Ability to maintain a welcoming, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for the member’s dining experience and tailor service to create exceptional moments.
• Leverage menu knowledge to answer questions and offer recommendations.
• Maintain an impeccable appearance and smooth operation with a friendly energy.
• Uphold Ned standards for food and drink quality and presentation.
• Keep the dining area safe, clean, and compliant with safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with the membership relations team to deliver outstanding experiences.
• Build rapport with members and learn preferences for future visits.
• Shifts vary from breakfast to late finishes.
