The Ned's Washington, DC club seeks a Club Receptionist to lead arrival/departure experiences with a warm, polished presence and flawless service. You will collaborate with Membership, Security, and F&B to create personalized guest journeys and maintain Ned's high standards across the reception area.

Qualifications include outstanding communication, strong organization, discretion, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Eligible candidates must be able to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day arrival and departure experience with a warm Ned's welcome.
• Resolve concerns gracefully and deliver memorable experiences.
• Collaborate with Membership, Founders Concierge, Security and F&B to ensure seamless journeys.
• Communicate VIP arrivals and pertinent information to teams.
• Build rapport with members by learning preferences and personalizing experiences.
• Enforce Club policies with confidence and discretion.
• Assist with coat check and secure storage of belongings.
• Answer calls promptly and provide accurate information.
• Respond to queries via case log with precision and timeliness.
• Support additional duties as assigned by Club Reception Manager or Head of Membership.
