Job summary

The Ned DC's Club Washington is recruiting an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the management team and lead operations in the absence of on-site leaders. You will partner on all elements of running a successful venue, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to brand standards.

You will drive profitability through effective labor scheduling, budgeting and performance analysis while developing team members and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience delivering outstanding food and guest experiences.
• Proven track record in people management and team development.
• Strong focus on financial performance, cost control and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Support management in delivering operational and commercial results.
• Drive restaurant strategy and long-term brand vision.
• Monitor financial performance, schedule labor, manage expenses and forecast sales.
