Job summary

DraftKings in the United States is seeking a Player Development Manager to lead the VIP team, coaching Player Development Executives and VIP Hosts to deliver premier services to VIP players and increase net revenue through proactive sales tactics while promoting outstanding service to new and existing VIP customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field with at least 5 years of experience in Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing.
At least 3 years of experience managing a sales team.
Strong understanding of product line and revenue strategies.
Experience coaching teams to deliver quality customer experience.
Ability to obtain state gaming licenses.

Responsibilities

Drive VIP sales metrics and maintain relations with customers.
Lead process improvements and coach team performance.
Collaborate with Analytics to monitor reinvestment programs and rewards.
Develop and implement sales training programs.
