Job summary

DraftKings in the United States is seeking a VIP Host to lead engagement with our most active players and drive revenue through authentic relationships and bespoke experiences.

You will manage end-to-end player relations, propose new promotions, and stay ahead of market trends while ensuring compliance with VIP and responsible gaming policies. Travel and non-standard hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or customer-facing roles.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Analytical mindset to make data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create new business revenue by understanding and developing strong, authentic player relationships.
• Manage all aspects of the relationship with the player through local events, regular communications, and escalation responses.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the market while proactively providing new game offerings, promotions, channels, and platforms to players.
• Compile player feedback to support improvements to the platform and identify opportunities.
• Execute against all VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming policies.
