Job summary
WarHorse Gaming is seeking an energetic Casino Host to deliver exceptional service to VIP guests and help create memorable gaming experiences. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with valued players, promoting the WarHorse Rewards program, hosting casino events, and ensuring guests receive personalized service throughout their visit.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Two years of hospitality or guest relations experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to learn and use casino player tracking systems.
- Valid driver’s license and Nebraska Gaming License eligibility.
Responsibilities
- Welcome VIP guests and provide outstanding customer service.
- Build and maintain relationships with assigned player accounts.
- Explain and promote the WarHorse Rewards program.
- Enroll new members and assist with replacement cards on the floor.
- Promote events, promotions, and entertainment to guests.
- Maintain accurate player information in tracking software.
