WarHorse Gaming, a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., is seeking an Experienced Executive Host in Omaha, NE. The role focuses on developing and coordinating programs to attract mid- to high-limit guests, delivering personalized service, and driving revenue through VIP programs and targeted outreach.

Responsibilities include building guest relationships, managing loyalty programs, and ensuring compliance with policies and licensing requirements.

Formación

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years of host or player development experience in a large-scale gaming operation (slots and tables).
• Strong understanding of player tracking systems and comp/guidelines.
• Established player base or ability to build loyalty.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent guest relations and phone etiquette.
• Ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with mid- and high-limit guests to drive loyalty and repeat visits.
• Market gaming products, amenities, promotions, and property offerings to targeted guests.
• Greet guests and participate in social events, promotions, and VIP functions.
• Track guest visits, arrange accommodations, and issue complimentary offerings within guidelines.
• Manage and promote Player’s Club enrollment and related loyalty programs.
• Maintain accurate guest histories and player tracking data for marketing.
• Protect guest rewards, credit lines, and account integrity per policy.
• Resolve guest complaints and service issues in a timely, courteous manner.
• Coordinate VIP services including food, beverage, transportation, and events.
