Job summary

WarHorse Gaming in Omaha, NE is seeking an Experienced Executive Host to develop and manage programs that attract mid- to high-limit guests, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and repeat visitation.

You will build strong player relationships, deliver personalized service, coordinate VIP experiences, and support revenue growth through targeted guest engagement and loyalty initiatives while adhering to all policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of host or player development experience in a large-scale gaming operation.
• Strong understanding of player tracking systems and comps/guidelines.
• Established guest base or ability to build one.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent guest relations and phone etiquette.
• Ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Practice, support, and maintain WarHorse Gaming's Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Develop and maintain relationships with mid- and high-limit guests to drive loyalty.
• Market gaming products, amenities, promotions, and property offerings to targeted guests.
• Greet guests and participate in social events, promotions, and VIP functions.
• Track guest visits, arrange accommodations, and issue complimentary offerings within guidelines.
• Manage and promote Player's Club enrollment and related loyalty programs.
• Maintain accurate guest histories and player tracking data for marketing.
• Protect guest rewards, credit lines, and account integrity.
• Coordinate VIP services including food, beverage, transportation, and cross-property events.
• Drive gaming revenue growth through targeted outreach and networking.
• Review activity reports and adjust strategies toward goals.
• Represent the company at events and promotions, on and off property.
