Job summary

WarHorse Gaming, a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., seeks an Experienced Executive Host in Omaha to develop and coordinate programs attracting mid- to high-limit guests. The role focuses on delivering personalized service, building strong player relationships, and driving revenue growth while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.

You will maintain guest histories, manage loyalty programs, and coordinate VIP services across events, with a fast-paced casino environment and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of host or player development experience in a large-scale gaming operation.
• Strong understanding of player tracking systems and comp/guidelines.
• Established player base or ability to build loyal guests.
• Excellent guest relations and phone etiquette.
• Ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with mid- and high-limit guests to drive loyalty and repeat visits.
• Market gaming products, amenities, promotions, and property offerings to targeted guests.
• Greet guests and participate in VIP events and promotions.
• Track guest visits and manage Player’s Club enrollment and loyalty programs.
• Maintain guest histories and protection of rewards and credit lines.
• Coordinate VIP services including food, beverage, transportation, and events.
• Drive revenue growth through targeted outreach and marketing collaboration.
• Review activity reports to assess progress toward goals.
