Job summary

WarHorse Gaming is seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Casino Host to deliver exceptional service to our VIP guests and help create memorable gaming experiences. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with valued players, promoting the WarHorse Rewards program, hosting casino events, and ensuring guests receive personalized service throughout their visit.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, customer-focused, and passionate about creating lasting guest

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in hospitality, customer service or related guest relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Ability to obtain Nebraska Gaming License and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and support the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming.
• Welcome and assist VIP guests with outstanding customer service.
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned player accounts.
• Promote the WarHorse Rewards program and benefits.
• Enroll new members and assist existing members with replacement cards.
• Encourage guests to reach higher rewards tiers through increased play.
• Represent WarHorse Gaming at on-property and off-property events.
• Maintain accurate player information using tracking software.
• Meet department performance goals and training requirements.
