Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Casino Hospitality Host to create a positive, personalized guest experience for valued players. This role focuses on identifying and developing relationships with new and existing casino guests to drive loyalty and repeat visits, acting as a concierge, liaison, and problem-solver for high-value guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in casino, hotel, or high-end customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Sales-oriented mindset with ability to influence and retain customers.
• Familiarity with casino player tracking and CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage casino guests, especially VIPs, in a friendly, professional manner.
• Proactively build relationships with new and returning guests through in-person and digital channels
• Analyze player data to identify high-value customers and offer personalized incentives
• Coordinate comps, promotions, hotel stays, dining, show tickets, and other amenities
• Assist with reservations and special requests, resolving issues promptly
• Participate in on-site events, promotions, and marketing efforts
• Maintain accurate records of guest contacts, offers, preferences, and feedback
• Collaborate with marketing, hotel, F&B, and security for seamless experiences
• Follow regulatory requirements, including responsible gaming and AML policies
• Deliver our core values and family-style service in all interactions
