Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a high school diploma or GED and hospitality experience.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric focus.
• Ability to build relationships with high value guests and promote rewards programs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist VIP guests with exceptional service on the gaming floor.
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned player accounts and promote rewards.
• Explain benefits of WarHorse Rewards and enroll new members when appropriate.
• Monitor and approve complimentary offerings per guidelines; meet performance goals.
