Terre Haute Casino Resort is seeking a Casino Player Host to develop and maintain relationships with existing and new VIP guests, driving incremental gaming revenues and loyalty.

You will sign up and issue new Players Club cards, monitor player activity, and help coordinate comps, transportation, lodging, dining, and entertainment for hosted guests. Excellent guest service, relationship management, and event support are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Extensive prior customer service experience required.
• Ability to maintain relationships with high value guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with high value guests.
• Greets guests and participates in events and promotions.
• Increase the database of Players’ Club members with new sign-ups.
• Assist in promotions and events as needed.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve issues promptly.
