Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years of casino host, player development, casino marketing, or hospitality experience.
• Proven track record in managing VIP customer relationships.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience interpreting player performance data.
• Fluent in English and able to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends.
• Ability to travel for Player Development opportunities.
