Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in gaming, casino marketing, public relations, or related fields.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by creating personalized, memorable experiences and ensuring each guest feels valued.
• Resolve guest concerns effectively and professionally, balancing guest satisfaction with company interests.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains the goodwill of players based on personal knowledge of the individual.
• Greet and host players.
• Assist in developing invitation lists for special events and planning events.
• Coordinate activities with other team members.
• Organize and participate in off-property functions such as dinners and golf tournaments.
• Develop incremental trips for players.
• Keep informed of competitive promotional methods.
• Provide compliments for players per guidelines.
• Explain program terms and qualifications to prospective gaming customers.
