Job summary
Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas is seeking an iGaming VIP Executive Host to deliver white-glove service to our elite players. The role involves managing a top-tier book, creating personalized communications, and coordinating exclusive promotions.
You will build relationships via calls, emails, and texts, educate guests on VIP benefits, and collaborate with teams to optimize gaming experiences while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Executive Hosting, preferably iGaming.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of iGaming required.
- High energy, enthusiasm and passion for VIP experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, analytics dashboards and gaming tech.
- Must obtain gaming license in all Caesars jurisdictions.
- Must be able to commute to the office daily.
Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated book of high-value iGaming customers.
- Analyze and maintain proper player reinvestment ratios.
- Extend VIP-exclusive iGaming promotions.
- Build meaningful relationships through 40–50 calls per day.
- Strategically email and text offers, promotions, and events.
- Educate guests on VIP benefits and gaming resources.
- Support teammates five days a week, Monday–Friday.
- Execute strategic marketing campaigns to enhance gaming experience.
- Organize nationwide reservations for VIP guests.
- Attend leadership meetings to stay supported.
- Maintain growth across gaming metrics for your book.
