The role liaises with marketing and management to maximize guest loyalty and satisfaction, including handling high-value guests and overseeing promotional activities. The position requires strong guest relations, operational knowledge, and the ability to work a dynamic casino floor, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
Colorado Gaming License may be required; ability to obtain.
Casino operations and marketing knowledge are essential.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide superior guest service to casino guests and team members.
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with VIP players to boost loyalty.
Evaluate player activity to determine appropriate comps and amenities.
Communicate with VIP players about casino services, promotions, and events.
Conduct outbound telemarketing, including 100+ cold calls weekly.
Collaborate with Marketing to support events and promotions.
Act as liaison between guests and management for issue resolution.
Complete reports and administrative duties in a timely manner.
Review player activity and promotions with Marketing Manager.
Provide feedback on VIP preferences and trends.
