Qualifications

• Associate degree minimum.
• Five years in gaming, casino marketing, public relations, or related fields preferred.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and create personalized, memorable experiences.
• Resolve guest concerns effectively while balancing guest satisfaction with company interests.
• Maintain confidentiality of Caesars Entertainment information and guest data.
• Be 21+ and eligible for Nevada gaming license and Alcohol Awareness card.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains goodwill with players based on personal knowledge.
• Greet and host players.
• Assist in developing invitation lists for special events and in planning events.
• Coordinate activities with team members.
• Organize and participate in off-property functions.
• Develop incremental trips for players.
• Keep informed of competitive promotions.
• Provide complimentary services for players per guidelines.
• Explain program qualifications to prospective gaming customers.
