Caesars Entertainment Corporation is seeking an Executive Casino Host to cultivate relationships with high-value gaming customers at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas. You will deliver personalized experiences, recall guest preferences, and coordinate events to drive loyalty and repeat visits across the property.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate degree required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Build strong relationships with gaming customers and deliver personalized service.
• Identify and develop new player relationships and invitations for events.
• Coordinate with team members to host players and organize events.
• Develop incremental trips for players and monitor promotional activities.
• Provide complimentary offers within program guidelines to guests.
• Explain program qualifications and benefits to prospective gaming customers.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold Caesars standards and policies.
