Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Virginia seeks an Executive Casino Host to manage VIP relationships and drive revenue through personalized, high-end service on property and via outreach.

You will build loyalty with VIP guests, coordinate with Gaming, Hotel, F&B, and other departments, and lead pre-trip and on-property experiences, while maintaining top-tier guest satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; BSBA preferred.
• Three to five years of casino/hotel, customer service, host, or account management experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to make independent decisions that enhance guest experience and program profitability.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with customer Point-of-Service systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of strategic relationships with VIP players and grow accounts.
• Maintain contact with VIP guests via phone and in-person interactions to drive revenue.
• Coordinate with Gaming, Hotel, Food & Beverage to deliver seamless experiences.
• Lead VIP events on and off property and respond to guest needs.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company policies.
