The role requires deep knowledge of player programs, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple guest requests with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in gaming, marketing or public relations.
• Customer service and telemarketing experience required.
• Literacy and fluency in English.
• Ability to be creative and innovative in guest satisfaction.
• Must possess strong relationship building skills and demonstrate the ability to influence at all levels.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Must be able to maintain composure and excellent guest relations under all circumstances.
• Ability to maintain strict confidence regarding all information concerning Caesars Entertainment.
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
• Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.
• Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains the goodwill of players, based on personal knowledge of the individual.
• Greets and hosts players.
• Assists in developing invitation lists for special events and in planning the events.
• Coordinates activities on a regular basis with other team members.
• Organizes and participates in off-property functions such as dinners, cocktail parties, golf tournaments, etc.
• Develops incremental trips for players.
• Keeps informed of competitive promotional methods.
• Provides complementary for players in accordance with guidelines.
• Conveys terms of programs and explains qualifications to prospective gaming customers.
