Job summary
Stratosphere Gaming, LLC in Las Vegas seeks an Executive Casino Host to build and maintain relationships with high-value players, driving guest loyalty and gaming revenue. You provide personalized service, attract premium players, and ensure interactions reflect hospitality standards and regulatory compliance.
You will develop, maintain, and grow relationships through on-property hosting, off-property outreach, telemarketing, and email communications, coordinating VIP reservations and amenities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of casino host or player development experience.
- At least 4 years of customer service experience in hospitality or gaming.
- Ability to manage multiple guests’ needs simultaneously.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely, courteous guest service aligned with the company culture.
- Meet or exceed revenue, visitation, and player development goals.
- Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with high-value guests via hosting, outreach, and emails.
- Coordinate VIP reservations, accommodations, amenities, transportation, and bill-back paperwork.
- Identify and engage new players and promote loyalty enrollment.
- Stay informed on promotions, events, and amenities to assist guests.
- Exercise sound judgment on comps and incentives based on play and guest value.
- Ensure compliance with gaming laws and internal controls and policies.
- Provide outstanding service to guests and team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
