Seneca Gaming Corporation is seeking a Casino Host to deliver outstanding guest services and promote the Player’s Club to new and existing patrons. You will contact prospects, answer questions about membership, and coordinate comps and accommodations to exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities include enrolling new players, maintaining accurate patron information, and representing the company at events. Strong communication, hospitality experience, and a team attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Hospitality with 2 years hospitality experience may substitute for prior casino/host experience.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Must be outgoing, energetic, enthusiastic and positive.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and promote Player’s Club benefits.
• Seek new players and enroll them in the Player’s Club.
• Assist Members with questions about points, cards, offers, and accounts.
• Provide comps and arrange accommodations and amenities as needed.
• Represent the company at events and on-site functions.
• Meet attendance guidelines and complete training programs.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and professional communication.
