Job summary
The Point Casino & Hotel, part of The Point Casino & Hotel Marketing Department, is seeking a Casino Host to join our team. This role focuses on building VIP relationships, coordinating promotions, and delivering exceptional guest experiences to encourage return visits.
As a Casino Host, you will collaborate with the Marketing team to plan VIP events and personalized experiences, leveraging Players Club data to tailor service to each guest.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of related customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for building relationships.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Class III Gaming License.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and top-tier guests.
- Provide personalized guest service to ensure every guest feels welcomed and appreciated.
- Proactively connect with guests to encourage return visits and participation in casino activities.
- Assist in planning and coordinating VIP events, promotions, and special experiences.
- Monitor guest activity and utilize Players Club information to provide personalized service.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to support promotional initiatives and guest engagement.
- Address guest questions, concerns, and requests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Help create a positive and exciting atmosphere for our guests.
