Job summary

VIP is seeking an experienced Service Writer to join our automotive service team. You will focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience by explaining vehicle conditions, VIP processes, and service options after the MPI inspection, while supporting the Service Manager and team to achieve high performance.

You will engage customers, coordinate with technicians, and help uphold safety, quality standards, and the company’s service programs.

• Comprehensive understanding of automotive servicing and the industry.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to explain vehicle condition after MPI inspection.
• Educate customers about VIP programs and services to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Support Service Manager and team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Maintain a clean and safe service environment and proper facility upkeep.
