Job summary

VIP Auto is seeking a Service Writer to support the Service Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience and high-performance results. You will educate customers on vehicle conditions based on MPI inspections and help the team execute VIP programs and standards.

Role requires effective communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety and process guidelines, with opportunities for LMS training and ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of automotive servicing and the industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers by consulting with them and educating them about their vehicle condition based on MPI results.
• Build relationships with customers and follow VIP processes to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Assist the Service Manager and team to meet VIP standards and achieve target SAX scores.
• Communicate effectively with the team during daily huddles and store meetings.
• Perform required LMS and vendor trainings and obtain ASE certifications as listed.
