Job summary

VIP, Inc. is hiring a Service Writer to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will consult with customers, explain vehicle conditions based on MPI inspections, and follow VIP processes to ensure high-quality service. Responsibilities

Serve customers by consulting with them and educating them about vehicle condition based on MPI inspection results.
Follow VIP processes to educate customers about their vehicle condition.
Coordinate with technicians and manage work orders to ensure proper dispatching.
Learn and execute all tasks assigned by the Service Manager to deliver a better customer experience.
Maintain facility and equipment to meet safety and cleanliness standards.
