Qualifications

• One year of related experience in automotive service field.
• Two-year college or technical school program is preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Current, valid driver’s license in state of residence.
• Equipment Safety Certification; ASE certifications recommended.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers, educate them about vehicle condition based on MPI inspection results.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and VIP processes are implemented.
• Assist team to deliver the VIP customer experience and SAX score targets.
• Learn VIP procedures and complete LMS and vendor training as assigned.
• Assist with dispatching work orders and coordinating with technicians.
