Job summary

VIP is seeking a Service Writer to support the Service Manager and uphold VIP standards at the location. The role centers on delivering an exceptional customer experience and coordinating service activities for customers.

You will engage customers, explain vehicle conditions, and help drive SAX scores while maintaining safety and teamwork. Training completes LMS and vendor sessions; ASE certifications are encouraged.

• A comprehensive understanding of automotive servicing and the industry

Responsibilities

• Serve customers by consulting with them, building relationships, and educating them about vehicle condition
• Follow VIP processes to achieve high SAX scores and exceptional customer experience
• Learn and execute all duties assigned by the Service Manager
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the service area and facility
• Complete LMS and vendor trainings and pursue ASE certifications where applicable
