Job summary

VIP Automotive is seeking a Service Writer to assist the Service Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience at our Farmingdale location. You will communicate vehicle conditions, educate customers on VIP processes, and support the team in executing service standards.

The role requires LMS and vendor training, safety focus, and ongoing development toward ASE certifications. A 5-day work week and 40-hour schedule are typical for this hourly position.
