Job summary

VIP’s Service Writer helps deliver a superior customer experience by explaining vehicle conditions and VIP programs to customers. The role works with the Service Manager to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient service at the location.

It requires strong communication, relationship-building, and teamwork to drive VIP SAX scores while maintaining safety and compliance in a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience in automotive service field.
• Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to educate them about vehicle condition based on inspection.
• Build relationships with customers and educate them on VIP processes.
• Support safety, communication, and teamwork to meet VIP standards.
• Complete LMS and vendor trainings; pursue ASE certifications as listed.
• Maintain facility and equipment standards to ensure ready service.
