Job summary

VIP, Inc. is seeking a Service Writer to support the Service Manager and ensure an exceptional customer experience at our Littleton location. You will educate customers on vehicle conditions, build relationships, and help our team deliver VIP programs and standards.

The role requires strong communication, automotive servicing understanding, and a willingness to complete required training while maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong understanding of automotive servicing and the industry.
• One year of related experience in automotive service field.
• Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to educate them on vehicle condition based on MPI inspection.
• Build relationships with customers and follow VIP processes to educate them about vehicle conditions.
• Work with the team to deliver a different and better customer experience.
• Complete LMS and relevant vendor training as assigned by the Service Manager.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained service area and facility throughout the day.
