Job summary

VIP is seeking a Service Writer to learn VIP culture and processes, delivering an exceptional customer experience and high-performance results. You will help educate customers on vehicle conditions and collaborate with the team to execute VIP programs and standards.

Role requires teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to follow safety procedures and ongoing training. Standard week includes 40 hours, with hourly non-exempt classification.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience in automotive service field.
• Two-year college or technical program recommended.
• Equivalent education and experience acceptable.
• Current, valid driver’s license required.
• ASE C1 certification required; P2 and G1 recommended.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to educate them about the condition of their vehicle based on inspection results.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and safety training completed.
• Support VIP program execution and maintain high customer engagement scores.
• Learn and perform LMS training and vendor trainings as assigned.
• Maintain facility and equipment readiness and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Communicate with management to ensure service standards and policies are followed.
