Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Solid understanding of automotive servicing and the industry.
• One year of related automotive service experience; two-year college is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to explain vehicle conditions and required services.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, accurate work orders.
• Educate customers on VIP programs and standards.
• Maintain safe, clean service area and follow safety policies.
• Assist in learning VIP processes and contribute to a better customer experience.
