Responsibilities

• Consult with customers, build relationships, and educate them about their vehicle’s condition based on MPI results.
• Ensure safety and process adherence to VIP standards and SAX performance targets.
• Support the Service Manager and team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and high performance.
• Learn VIP processes and execute essential duties including LMS trainings, vendor trainings, and certifications.
• Coordinate with technicians and manage work orders for efficient service flow.
